I was born and raised in Australia, however, my parents are Lebanese migrants. They migrated to Australia in the late 1960s and have called Australia home ever since.
I have a strong connection to my Lebanese cultural heritage. I am bilingual – thanks mama and baba! – so I can read and write in both English and Arabic.
I love speaking about my Lebanese culture and sharing trinkets and treasures from Lebanon. Food, music, traditional clothing are some of the topics I cover when I am invited to come along and chat about my culture.
